Terms and Conditions

Small, but important print – when booking classes, sessions or services provided by Yogini and the Mountain and its teacher/s, you are agreeing to comply with the full Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read and understand these in detail before booking:

“You / your” refers to the participant, student and/or recipient of services provided by Yogini and the Mountain

“We / Us / Our” refers to Yogini and the Mountain teacher/s, staff or associates

  • It is Your responsibility to engage in mindful practice and immediately cease any activity that causes you discomfort or pain. You know your body best.
  • Ensure You follow teacher’s instructions carefully.
  • We recommended You allow 15 minutes of downtime before each session to ground yourself, and 15 minutes after each session to rest, to enjoy full benefits of practice.
  • You must notify Us in case you have any medical conditions, injuries or other ailments which may impact your yoga and meditation practice. 
  • You accept any risk associated with engaging in services provided by Us and take full responsibility for any risk or injuries which may occur, be aggravated by and/or present themselves during or after your practice with Us. This includes access to the venue.
  • If You’re pre or post natal, pregnant, or had recent surgery or medical procedure, it’s your responsibility to obtain your GP’s approval to practice with Us.
  • Please ensure to provide Your address if booking a session to be delivered in Your home or chosen location.
  • For sessions booked at the Yogini and the Mountain Home Studio, full address details and parking instructions will be provided after the booking is confirmed.
  • A $20 travel surcharge applies for sessions delivered at your chosen location within 20km of Tweed Heads (unless agreed otherwise). Contact Us for a customised quote for travel to other locations before booking.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and may change without notice. Credit card processing fees apply.
  • Please ensure You have sufficient funds when paying via credit or debit card. Any fees associated with failed bank transactions may be passed on to You.
  • Unless payment is made at the time of booking, please ensure full payment is provided on the day of your session, prior to session starting.
  • If You’re feeling unwell ahead of your booked session, please contact Us as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are not accepted, and no refund will be provided, due to scheduling impact. You’re welcome to gift your booking to another person who can take your place, however the booking must be for the same service, date and time. Refund consideration may be given for extenuating circumstances - such requests must be sent in writing with minimum 48 hours notice to yoginiandthemountain@gmail.com. We reserve the right to decline any request for cancellation/refund, so please consider your booking carefully in advance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any sessions or courses; and update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
