Yogini and the Mountain specialises in bespoke yoga and meditation sessions.

The journey into yoga is a destination in itself - experience connection, wellness, joy and living with intent.

Through the physical and tangible (breath and body), we’ll build a bridge to the inner and subtle, in a way you find enjoyable. Remembering that asana practice is a preparatory stage, so be playful and make it as challenging or as soothing as you wish!

Ultimately, the most accomplished yogic posture is finding stillness in a simple seated position, ready for the next, more profound steps of living in yoga.

Hello and welcome!

Whether you’re here intentionally or by serendipity, I’m excited the path has led you to Yogini and the Mountain.

Born from gratitude for the benefits the practice of yoga has gifted me personally, my wish is to see others experience physical, emotional and inner wellbeing and joyfulness this ancient wisdom still brings to its practitioners.

Forever a student, I’m committed to continual learning, integration and sharing of yogic practices and insights with likeminded people, inquisitive seekers interested in fully engaging with all aspects of life with awe and curiosity.

Let’s connect on a deeper level as a community, incorporating yoga practices into our daily life to create a more joyful and meaningful reality.

Whilst we’ll work together to tailor each session, it’s recommended your practice includes the following elements so you enjoy a wholesome and fulfilling experience:

Helping you build an established and joyful relationship with yoga.

Established

For established practitioners, explore your practice deeper, whether that direction is towards advancing the physical postures and alignment, improving your breathing and energy flow, or exploring more subtle aspects of yoga psychology and philosophy. Ground your practice so it’s continuous and abundant.
